How Does It Work?
매년 수백만 톤의 플라스틱이 바다로 흘러들어갑니다.
그리고 그 쓰레기 속에서 조용히 죽어가는 생명들이 있습니다.
바다거북은 플라스틱 봉투를 해파리로 착각하고 삼킵니다.
그 결과, 먹이를 더는 삼킬 수 없고 속이 막혀 죽어갑니다.
어떤 바다거북은 플라스틱 빨대가 콧속에 박힌 채 구조되기도 했습니다.
이것은 영화가 아닌 실제의 이야기입니다.

Every year, millions of tons of plastic flow into the ocean.
And within that waste, countless lives quietly perish.
Sea turtles mistake plastic bags for jellyfish and swallow them.
As a result, they can no longer eat, their stomachs become blocked, and they die.
Some sea turtles have even been rescued with
plastic straws lodged in their nostrils.
This is not a movie—it is reality.
That is why we take action.
